Meet the Adion Financial Team
I was born in Indiana but raised in Connecticut for most of my life. I attended Western International University for a short amount of time before I embarked on a professional career in sales which eventually led me to the Insurance Industry. I started my career working for a great company, Liberty Mutual. That experience provided me with a strong education and foundation which enabled me to leave the captive world and find success in the IA world, and I opened my own agency. My ability to form deep long-lasting relationships, educate, and truly help my clients really means a lot to me because I’m very passionate about what I do daily. I enjoy training, traveling, and I’m a huge sports fan. I bleed blue as I’m a UConn Huskies men’s basketball fan. In the past 2 years, I have really started getting into cooking – it’s become a therapy for me and allows me to serve others. On the weekends, I am either doing some kind of community service, trying a great farm to table restaurant, attending a sports event, spending time with friends enjoy, or hopping on a plane and enjoying a new city!
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I moved to Connecticut when I was 16. I have worked in the Insurance Industry for 6 years now. One thing I really love about this career is meeting new people and building lasting relationships. I enjoy educating people on the importance of proper coverage while also striving to save them money. I love to make our clients happy and make sure they know they are a priority to us. They can trust me to provide them with the best experience they have had with an agency! On the weekends you can usually find me at a book store, a winery, or visiting a new restaurant. In the summer, I volunteer with my church, help with back to school events. On Thanksgiving, I volunteer at the Feeding Hartford Neighborhood event, and during Christmas the Toy Drive! I love to be involved in my community and help others!
I grew up in the Midwest, and attended Indiana State University. I was first introduced to the world of insurance in Florida, where I used to live. The insurance industry challenges you to care for people, to hear their stories and assist in finding products that will best suit the insured. I try to make everyone I speak with smile joy to the world! My job experience has made me a sort of life coach. In life we assist each other to achieve the best and be the best by sharing our experiences. Incorporating that wisdom in how you treat people and in how you live your life. My experiences allow me the privilege to encourage people to be happy and continue to grow and achieve. I love to cook, trying new and exotic dishes is my favorite weekend thing to do. Cooking builds self pride. I am a volunteer life coach as well, I get to share in building lives, assisting people to lead productive and happy lives, on the real path to success.
I grew up in Islamabad and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering. I have just started out in insurance but I am mostly working with the software on the back-end. I’m very excited about the different challenges I face every day and being able to tick off the tasks on my list and make sure that they all get sorted!
I speak un pue francais and in my spare time, you can usually find me nose deep in the french version of Harry Potter, trying to make sense of all of the complicated grammar that the language has. I loved reading Harry Potter the first hundred times in English so I thought, hey, why not learn french with it too! Other than that, I also love video games (like Assasin’s Creed or Far Cry), learning to work with new software, biology, and reading about evolution. In addition to that, I read a lot of interesting books and love meeting new people and having more things to discuss with them.
I also like doing embroidery! It’s the most calming thing, really. I love working on a pattern while watching a TV series – it goes together like peanut butter and jelly!
I am passionate about a greener earth. I believe that we need to cut down on pollution so that we can give our planet time to heal itself.
I began my career in sales at a very young age, which eventually led to an opportunity to travel the world while working on cruise ships. This experience allowed me to visit many countries and develop strong management and marketing skills. These skills opened doors to working with global brands. Recently, I transitioned into the insurance industry, which I admire for its ability to serve a vital purpose and help others.
I’m passionate about building relationships, whether creating engaging content for our clients on social media or forming new partnerships with other professionals. Contributing to the growth of the business is highly rewarding for me.
I have a deep love for travel and exploring new cultures. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the history of our world, and I’ve been fortunate enough to discover new destinations and meet incredible people along the way. At the same time, I cherish the moments spent at home, enjoying quality time with family and friends.
I grew up in Islamabad the capital of city of Pakistan and it also happens to be my favorite city in the world because it has the hustle and bustle of a city but also happens to be surrounded by mountains that just make it peaceful and calm. My experience in the insurance industry has been very interesting, I have always been very into numbers and what they represent so finding amazing coverages at the best rates really excites me. I love that I get to help people and make sure that they have nothing to worry about because they are covered whether they are driving their car or cruising in their boat or even just chilling at home.
Aside from work, I love traveling and I’m always researching places to explore and what they can offer. I take planning trips very seriously and take pride in all the traveling plans I come up with.
My dad has always worked in non-profit organizations fighting for women and children rights in Pakistan so I always try and and volunteer as much I can at these projects.
I was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates and spent 26 years of my life there. I studied law at the Paris Sorbonne University. I am a newcomer to the insurance industry making it an entirely new experience for me, however, I am excited to learn the ropes!
Archery and animals are my two main passions though I also enjoy collecting feathers. In my downtime, you can find me either in a museum or exploring a historical site, trying out a new restaurant, trekking in the hills, or in my backyard playing with my geese and chickens! I also actively volunteer at animal shelters, and occasionally volunteer at a foundation that helps the underprivileged.
I grew up in Pakistan, and my journey has been a rich tapestry of learning and growth. After earning a degree in Multimedia Advertising and Broadcasting from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Malaysia, I've navigated a variety of experiences along the way.
In 2023, I ventured into the insurance industry, joining Adion Financial Group's commercial team. With the guidance of AFG's esteemed leadership, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally.
My role at AFG has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to explore the complexities of coverage solutions while building meaningful relationships with my clients.
Music is one of my passions, and my playlist is incredibly diverse. I also love engaging in deep conversations on topics like world views, conspiracy theories, spirituality, and human well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a Nail Technician, where I channel my creativity and artistry. Much like in insurance, I enjoy connecting with my nail clients, creating a space for artistic expression, and building meaningful relationships with my clients.
In my downtime, you’ll find me spending quality time with my family, experimenting with new recipes, discovering the latest food and coffee spots in my city, and indulging in my guilty pleasure—true crime podcasts, always on the lookout for the next mystery or thrill!
As I belong to a military background, I grew up in different cities in Pakistan and I have experienced different cultures. I later went to the U.S. for my high school education and then to China to complete my degree in Medicine. It was a roller coaster ride for me as I grew up in different cultures and learned so much about them.
I now work as a client advisor at AFG and I play the role of being a bridge between our clients and their carriers. I maintain the client’s accounts and resolve their issues regarding their existing policies. My experience has been really good and I really look forward to growing in the same industry. The most interesting thing about my work is that I have to deal with different people every day so it really gives me exposure to deal with different kinds of situations. It feels really good when I am able to help someone out – their appreciation means everything!
I’m a foodie and I cannot stop talking about food. I just love Japanese and Chinese cuisine and am always up for more. I really enjoy trying new restaurants and cuisines every time I get a chance. One of my guilty pleasures is that I shop a lot just to kill time and end up getting stuff that I really don’t plan to buy and never use it. During the weekends, you will probably find me at some new restaurant…as I already mentioned that food is life!
It has always been my dream to work as a volunteer at a children’s foundation. I would love to contribute in this beautiful way and I do whenever I can.
I grew up in the small town of Abbottabad, and it was an absolute delight for my extroverted self. I knew almost everybody in town, and everybody knew me. I gain energy from socializing and building relationships and it was this passion for networking that led me to the insurance industry.Â
My role as a Client Advisor at AFG is extremely rewarding and exciting as it allows me to ensure that our clients are always protected! Seeing our clients being content and carefree motivates me to bring my A-game to work every day. Daily interactions with our clients and making their lives easier and safer is always the highlight of my day.
Other than work, I love traveling and interacting with new people and places. I believe in accumulating experiences because they make our lives more meaningful. On weekends, I volunteer for local non-profit organizations as doing my part in uplifting those who are underprivileged gives me a sense of purpose and responsibility.Â
